What information do I need to provide for an airport pickup?
When booking an airport ride, you only need to provide your flight number along with your regular booking details. Your flight number helps us identify your flight and coordinate the pickup.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, BLACKBADGE can use your flight number to monitor the flight and coordinate your pickup accordingly. You don't need to make a new booking just because your flight time changes.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your pickup instructions will be provided with your ride details. After you arrive, follow the pickup instructions provided for your reservation and stay available on the phone so your driver can contact you if needed.
Can I modify or cancel my airport reservation?
